Since 1954, the Takara Shuzo Nada Brewery in Kobe's Higashinada Ward has been dedicated to sake production. In November 2001, it underwent a transformation, becoming the "Shirakabe Gura" (White Wall Brewery).

We achieve consistent sake production through its commitment to skilled craftsmanship and advanced equipment. This commitment enables consumers to experience the true essence of quality sake. The essence of "Shirakabe Gura" lies in creating sake that, upon tasting, evokes the faces of the brewers and the image of the brewery itself.

The goal is to produce satisfying sake that remains enjoyable over time, crafted with the drinker in mind and steeped in continuous tradition.
